Jeanswest will happily accept returns on Full Priced Items within 21 days if proof of purchase is provided. Products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items, however you are able to exchange sale items in one of our retail stores.

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Rated 5 out of 5 by from So soft and streachy. I love the skinny extra long jeans. The 360 freeforms are so soft and stretchy. I will riot if jeanswest discontinue the extra long option. They are the only jeans i have found that are comfortable and fit my long legs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable and easy to wear I bought these jeans on the basis of being able to buy a longer leg jean and because of the flexibility in the fabric. Both have proved to be excellent reasons to buy these jeans and I can highly recommend. I am 5’11” and the extra long were too long for me. Next time I’ll buy the long. Apart from that the fit is perfect and I bought size 10.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable I ordered my jeans online as our local shop closed a few months ago The only negative i have is they are VERY long which i did order the extra long as i am 6 foot and if i dont roll them up i look like im wearing flippers otherwise they are amazing jeans

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I lobe freedom 360 curve embracers. they are the only jeans in Australia that actually fit and feel amazing. And that is no lie. I mean the only jeans and possibly the only pants. Pls dont EVER stop making these jeans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've found my forever jeans These jeans are the best I've ever worn. Since they arrived in the post I've worn them everyday. They're super comfortable and are the perfect waist height - no hitching! The stretch is amazing, but they still give you loads of support. And the extra long length is a god-send. I can't see myself every buying any other jeans than these. I'm eagerly awaiting the black being available in my size and length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT!! I can't count how many pairs of these Jean's I have bought since they first hit the shelves, I absolutely love LOVE them! They are super soft and comfortable to wear all day, I can't get over the stretch they offer all the while still offering incredibly sturdy materials. I can't recommend these Jean's enough, I hope they never stop producing them! XD
