Jeanswest will happily accept returns on Full Priced Items within 21 days if proof of purchase is provided. Products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items, however you are able to exchange sale items in one of our retail stores.

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new tracking details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. If we are unable to fulfil part of your order this will be refunded back to the purchasing payment method within 5 days.

Lighter jeans tighter than dark ones
The lighter jeans are tighter and not as much elasticity as the darker ones.. I brought exact same pair and sizes but darker ones fit perfect and these ones where to tight and didn’t sit as high

I've put on a few lbs on but these jeans are so comfortable. I purchased them at the Whangarei branch and the shop assistant there was one in a million. So helpful, nothing too much trouble, she went above and beyond. A rarity these days!

Never too old for a good pair of Jeans.
I just like to say that I have always wanted a pair of Jeans that fitted me well and never found one. Now in my sixties I bought the Curve Embracer Skinny Jeans and just love it. It fits so well and I feel so comfortable and relaxed in it. Best Buy that I have ever made.

Wouldn’t buy again
The fit is comfortable quite relaxed but the material doesn’t hug your curves as it’s quite thick but still stretchy. It also took three washes to get rid of the smell of China. The vintage colour in the same jean doesn’t smell though. Not great when you don’t wash jeans much.
