Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, courier services, public holidays, or force majeure events. Jeanswest is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

*If your parcel is delivered to the post office, it will be held there for approximately 7 days. If not collected within this period, it will be returned to us automatically. To avoid this, please collect your parcel as soon as possible.
