Refund policy

We want you to love your Jeanswest purchase.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To assess your claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault

  • A photo of the SKU label on the original polybag packaging

Once approved, Jeanswest will arrange a replacement of the same item in the same size and colour, subject to availability.

Claims submitted after 3 days or without the required images may be reviewed but may not be eligible for replacement.


Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and original packaging intact.

Refunds cannot be processed directly by customers. All return and refund requests must be submitted via email and approved before any return is sent.


Return Shipping Process

Once your return request is approved, the return method will be determined based on the original fulfilment location of the order.

Australia / New Zealand Orders

For orders delivered within Australia and New Zealand, returns must be lodged using the Australia Post and NZ Post Return Service arranged by Jeanswest.

A PDF return label will be provided via email. Please print and attach the label securely to your parcel.

Please lodge your return at your nearest Australia /NZ Post retail outlet.
Customers must retain the lodgement receipt as proof of return until the return has been received and fully processed.

Each return label is valid for one parcel only. Reusing the same label for multiple parcels may result in additional charges or penalties imposed by Australia Post and NZ Post.

Returns sent via unauthorised carriers or without a valid return label may not be accepted.


Other Orders

For orders fulfilled outside Australia and New Zealand, return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided via email after approval.

Please follow the provided instructions carefully. Returns sent without approval or using unauthorised methods may result in delays, additional handling fees, or refusal of the return.


Refunds & Return Shipping Fees

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected and meets all return conditions.

Return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the fulfilment location and return method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, Jeanswest will cover the return shipping cost.

Jeanswest is not responsible for returns sent without valid proof of lodgement.

Jeanswest reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
