After becoming a Rewards member, all of your shopping contributes to your rewards level. Each level enables you with even more saving.
What is the Jeanswest Rewards Program?
The Jeanswest Rewards Program provides lots of great benefits to Jeanswest’s valued customers. As a Jeanswest member you’re eligible to receive discounts and other great benefits including:
- Bronze membership: 5% off full priced merchandise, simply spend more than $150 in 12 months
- Silver membership: 10% off full priced merchandise, when you spend more than $300 in 12 months
- Gold membership: 15% off full price when you spend more than $600 in 12 months
- Platinum membership: Invitation only level with exclusive benefits
- Members only shopping events
- Exclusive offers and discounts
- Communication on seasonal fashion trends and key looks
Does my online spend help me reach higher member levels?
Yes of course. If you are a registered Jeanswest member and log-in to your account when you are purchasing online, your online purchases are automatically tracked toward your member spend. Be sure to log in!
How do I join or log in?
You can join Jeanswest Rewards program in-store or online now, simply select the Account Icon above. To join complete your details, and return to log in with your registered email address. Be sure to keep one account so you’re always getting eligible rewards whether shopping in-store or online.
How do I get updates on news and offers?
To make sure you’re kept up to date on all our member exclusive offers, trends and events make sure you keep your details updated. Simply log in to your account online and select “yes” for each of the email and mobile (SMS) options. Or ask our Team Members in-store to check and update your details.
What if I lose my card?
You don’t need your card to shop and enjoy your member benefits. Simply provide your name, email or mobile to a staff member and they will be able to find your account.
Do lay-bys count toward my reward level spend?
Yes they can. As you pay off your lay-by your spend will accumulate. If you choose not to purchase the item and get a refund, it will then decrease your accumulated spend.
What if I forget my password?
Follow the “Forget Your Password” prompts on log-in. Once you are logged into your account you can change your password to something that you might find easier to remember.
How do I get a Jeanswest Rewards card?
Jeanswest are no longer issuing reward cards. If you have already registered online, simply provide your registered details to any team member in-store to enjoy your member benefits.
What if I have two Jeanswest accounts?
If you have accidentally set up an online account, as well as registered with us in-store or have an old @list card and new Jeanswest Rewards card… two or more accounts, you’ll want to use the account that provides you with the best discounts both in-store and online, of course!
The easiest thing to do is contact us and we can assist to merge your accounts and ensure you’re on the highest member level that you deserve to be. Not sure if you have an account or two? Here are some hints that suggest you do…
Do you receive Emails from Jeanswest?
If yes, and you receive one to your work, one or more personal emails, you’ll have a different account for each of these emails.
Do you receive text messages from Jeanswest?
If yes, and especially if you receive more than one copy of the same text, you’ll likely have multiple accounts.
Do you receive a different discount or get recognised as a different Reward member level when shopping in-store vs. shopping online?
Again, you’ll likely have multiple accounts.
Do you have multiple Jeanswest Rewards Cards, or an old @list card?
You can have multiple cards on an account, but pop in-store and let us check.
Simply call or email our Customer Care team with your account details, email and card numbers and we’ll help sort it out.
Linking your Rewards member card to your online account
If you signed up in-store and wish to shop online, you will need to go to the sign in page, enter the email address you provided in store and request a temporary password. A temporary password will be sent to you via email. Follow the prompts to create a new password and log in online. Check up on your personal details in My Account. Ensure all your details are entered correctly, including your name and date of birth.
Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
- Members who register with Jeanswest are eligible to participate in the Jeanswest Reward program and receive special offers, discounts, fashion news and invitations.
- The Jeanswest Rewards card is issued by, and remains the property of, Jeanswest and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Jeanswest reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice.
- Any discount vouchers issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Jeanswest Reward levels are as follows:
Spend in 12 month period Member Level Discount benefit $150 - $300 Bronze 5% off full price items $300 - $600 Silver 10% off full price items $600 Gold 15% off full price items Invitation only Platinum Invitation only level with exclusive benefits
- Member levels are calculated based on a rolling 12 month total.
- Membership discount is off full priced merchandise only and excludes the purchase of gift cards, philanthropic items or tailoring and laybys.
- Members must provide the email or mobile number registered on their account in-store, or log in online to receive their discount.
- Members online transactions will be automatically tracked toward their 12 month spend total.
- The Jeanswest rewards discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Families, Groups or Associations cannot be registered for the Jeanswest Reward program, only individuals.
- Jeanswest Reward privileges cannot be passed on to other to use without the cardholder being agreeable and in-store at the time of the transaction.
