JEANSWEST’S RETURNS POLICYAll goods purchased from the 13th of November 2019 qualify for our extended returns period until the 31st of January 2020.
Jeanswest will happily refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days if proof of purchase is provided. Products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Your rights in regards to faulty products are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. For further information on our returns policy please click here
For our customers in Australia and New Zealand, the easiest, and likely fastest option may be to visit one of our many stores to return your item. Please be sure to bring your online Tax Invoice which was emailed to you at the time of purchase; this is Jeanswest’s Proof of Purchase and must be provided. Jeanswest has partnered with ParcelPoint to take away the hassle of online returns, starting from $6.95. Choose from more than 1,300 drop off locations that are open 7 days a week.
Due to the delivery time it takes to receive and process your item, Jeanswest are unable to provide exchanges via our online store, we recommend that you simply re-purchase the desired new size/colour online and return the originally purchased item to our warehouse for a refund.
