We're here for you; in the event of store closures due to COVID-19, Jeanswest will help you navigate this uncertain time by honouring your return within 21 days of the store reopening. Along with proof of purchase, products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached.

Jeanswest will happily accept returns within 21 days if proof of purchase is provided. Products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Your rights regarding faulty products are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. For further information on our returns policy please click here.

If a purchase was made on Afterpay, and you wish to exchange your item, return it to a Jeanswest store with proof of purchase and request assistance from the staff in store.
