HOW TO SHOP ONLINE AT JEANSWEST


  1. How do I order online?

    Welcome to Jeanswest Online. To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the item you'd like to buy, select the size (and colour if required) and click '+ Add to cart'. You can see the items you've selected by clicking on your 'Shopping Bag' in the top right corner. To check out, simply select 'Check Out' and follow the prompts. You'll need your credit card details and your billing address to register and complete your purchase.

  2. How do I add to my shopping list?

    To place an order online you can simply browse the product category - Women's or Men’s, Denim, Tops, etc. When you see an item you like, click on it for more information. It will also provide options for you to select your size, and if relevant, preferred colour. Add the item to your shopping basket by selecting '+ Add to cart'.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order?

    You can change your order while you're still browsing and shopping. Simply click the 'Remove' button on the item you no longer want to buy in your Shopping Bag. However, once your order has been confirmed, it's possible to change or cancel the order by contacting Retail Support within 2 hours of receiving the confirmation email. The order will be sent to you, and if required you'll then need to return it. Refer to our Returns and Exchanges section for further information.

  4. What do I if the item I'm looking for is no longer available for purchase online?

    Popular items may sell out quickly so be sure to grab it if you want it when you see it! If however it's been sold out online, visit or contact your local Jeanswest store to see if it's still available in one of our stores. You can find your nearest store and their phone numbers on our Store Locator or call Retail Support on 1800 888 759 (Australia) or 0800 448 415 (New Zealand).

  5. What's your policy on exchanges and refunds? 

    Jeanswest will happily exchange or refund an item if it is faulty and proof of purchase is provided. If you simply change your mind, we'll also refund or exchange most items (unfortunately we cannot exchange items from our international range) of the same value within 30 days if unworn.
