We aim to pick and pack all orders to ship from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (Victorian) public holidays will be processed from the next business day. You’ll receive an email when we have shipped your order, or for collect in store orders, when it is ready to be collected. Once with the respective delivery partner, delivery times are:

Please note that Toll (for Collect in Store orders) and Australia Post International Airmail deliveries do not provide a tracking facility. Contact us if your order does not arrive in a reasonable time frame.
Please allow an extra day or two for us to process your order during peak periods such as Christmas, Sale events and holiday periods.
If you have ordered Clearance items, available for Standard Deliveries within Australia and New Zealand only, these may arrive in separate deliveries on different days. Items labelled “HK Clearance” on our website are shipped separately from Hong Kong. Please allow an additional few days for their arrival. Other Clearance items are shipped separately from our South Wharf, Victoria store.
We ship all orders duty unpaid (DDU). Any customs or import duty is charged once the parcel reaches its destination. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information regarding your country's custom policies.
NZ customers – custom fees are charged based on the value of your order, and are charged if the value of customs duty owed is $60 or greater; this equates to an order value of approximately NZ$200. If you order products to the value of NZ$200 or more, including where you place multiple orders that are dispatched simultaneously and arrive in New Zealand at or around the same time, you may have to pay Customs charges and/or GST on top of the advertised purchase price. You can use the New Zealand Customs Service online estimator What's My Duty (http://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/) to estimate how much duty you may need to pay. Many other countries are likely to have a similar helpful tool, check your national government’s website.
A signature may be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. A work address is often a good option. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel may be delivered to your local post office for pick up.
